Flexible Screw Conveyor Type DMR

Our flexible screw conveyors are designed to transport bulk powder material between two points (remove) without altering feed accuracy or damaging product particles. It moves powder and bulk solid materials at horizontal or vertical angles. The size of the flexible screw conveyor and total length are selected according to the material being conveyed. Typically a flexible screw conveyor length can range from 1 to 65 feet.

The flexible screw conveyor DM is made up of a shaftless spiral rotated by an electric motor into a flexible plastic or rigid steel tube. The screw is automatically centered inside the tube therefore no bearing is required at the outlet end. This simple design reduces maintenance operation while giving high performance.

SCREW CONVEYOR TYPE DMR

These flexible screw conveyors are designed to transport bulk powders between two points (remove) without altering feeding accuracy.

They can be installed from 0° to 90° angles.

The size of flexible screw conveyor and total length are selected according to the type of material to convey, feed rate and layout. The conveyor length can range from 1 to 65 feet.

They are typically used to convey lime, activated carbon, calcium carbonate and other chemicals over large distances, when pneumatic conveying is complicated and expensive to implement.

The flexible screw conveyor DMR is made up of a shaftless spiral rotated by an electric motor into a flexible plastic or rigid steel or stainless-steel tube. The screw is automatically self-centered inside the tube therefore no bearing is required at the outlet end. This simple design reduces maintenance operation while giving high performance.

Coated with a C3M or C5M painting system, these conveyors are specifically designed for each project according to the customer’s needs, and can be adjusted on site during assembling, in order to fit the site perfectly.

They are also equipped with an anti-blockage switch, an inlet and outlet in order to prevent damage.
