A standard Sodimate system for dry food products includes a storage container, a mechanical unloader, and screw feeder. Sodimate supplies a variety of standard and custom-made storage containers such as silos, hoppers and super sacs, each equipped with a mechanical unloader designed to prevent bridging, caking, and clogging. A shaftless screw feeder or conveyor is then used to transfer the product to the next processing point. For food powders that need to be mixed into a slurry, Sodimate offers a slurry tank complete with a mixer, control valves, flow monitoring equipment and a skid pump.
