Sodimate engineered a complete sludge liming system for a potato producer in Belgium called MYDIBEL
The system features:
- A 2,500 cubic feet capacity storage silo fixed on beams with specific custom made anchors
View of the silo
- An arch breaker ZCD 400 / DDMR 40 type allowing a lime feed rate ranging from 220 to 900 lbs/h
View of the discharge and feeding unit at the bottom of the silo, with a chain wheel slide gate valve
- An ID 80 injector injecting quicklime into the mixer
- Two inclined CS 260 sludge conveyors collecting the sludge from a centrifuge and feeding a two-screw mixer
An MBV 240 mixer, mixing the sludge coming from the two dewatering centrifuges with quicklime. This process stabilizes the sludge. Nominally, it can treat 85 cu.ft/h of sludge, and can go up to 250 cu.ft/h.

- A CS 260 sludge conveyor with an intermediate slide gate allows the sludge to be split into two containers homogeneously
